Sisig means &#8220;sour snack&#8221; in Kapampangan. Sisig is a Filipino delicacy from parts of pig&#8217;s head and liver. Marinated with sour liquid,  either lemon juice or vinegar,  and seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices.  Served sizzling over hot metal plate.
