Sisig means “sour snack” in Kapampangan. Sisig is a Filipino delicacy from parts of pig’s head and liver. Marinated with sour liquid,  either lemon juice or vinegar,  and seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices.  Served sizzling over hot metal plate.
